Hamilton once again recognized the work of the incredible individuals who bring stories to life on- screen at the 11th edition of the Hamilton Behind the Camera Awards. Hosted by Yvonne Orji, the star-studded Hollywood event was a night to remember.

Together with luxury lifestyle publication “Los Angeles Confidential,” we made it possible for A-list actors to honor their outstanding behind-the-scenes colleagues during an intimate ceremony designed to celebrate the best of this year’s moviemakers.

A favorite of filmmakers, Hamilton timepieces have starred in hundreds of Hollywood films and TV shows since our silver screen debut in the 1932 classic “Shanghai Express.” From outer space to underwater, Ironman to Spider-Man, Elvis Presley to John Keating, Hamilton has been the on-screen choice of adventurers, daredevils, leaders and superheroes, racking up hundreds of appearances through the decades.

“Visionary” is not a term to be thrown around lightly. But it’s entirely appropriate for what Denis Villeneuve has delivered to the big screen in adapting Frank Herbert’s “Dune.”

Pablo, making “Spencer” with you is something I’ll never forget. I’m so glad that I get to be here tonight to present you with the Hamilton Behind the Camera Award for Best Director.
Kristen Stewart presenting the Director Award to Pablo Larraín

When I read this screenplay, I knew this was a film I had to do. I was blown away by his words, his ideas, and I’m grateful to be up here tonight to honor him.
